Young Trader MARKET
We're offering young traders (aged 18–30) the opportunity to trade at Lower Marsh Market free of charge! If you're a young entrepreneur with a business selling high quality products, we'd love to hear from you. Our Young Traders Market gives young businesses the opportunity to trade with a free pitch every Monday.

HOW TO APPLY
Apply using the form below for the chance to trade at our Young Traders Market.
Successful applicants will receive a free pitch, and you can expect to hear back within 10 working days.
When applying, please include a description of your business, clear photos of the products you wish to sell, and links to your social media and/or website (if applicable). Please do not upload compliance documentation at this stage, as it is not required.
To help us maintain a varied market, applications from businesses that are very similar to existing traders may not be successful. We recommend taking a look at our current traders before applying.
When completing the application form, please clearly state that you are applying as a Young Trader or YTM.
FAQs
Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about both the NMTF Young Traders Competition.
Can I trade additional days?
Yes! You can trade on other market days as well as at the Young Traders Market. As a Young Trader, you'll receive a free pitch every Monday, which includes a gazebo and one table. If you'd like to trade on any other weekday, you're very welcome to do so, but standard pitch fees will apply.
Many traders choose to do both, taking advantage of the free Young Traders Market on Mondays while also trading on other weekdays.
Can I trade additional days?
Following a successful application, you'll simply need to let us know which Mondays you'd like to trade. We'll book your free pitch for you and send you a confirmation. Going forward, just let us know the Mondays you'd like to attend, and we'll book your pitch for you.
